The not() formula is sometimes needed within if() formulas, though you can use <>, too.
The example here proofs that I have no idea of soccer. In fact the formula is far too complicated ... and rather meant as fun.

the pulse formula can be used to start something for a certain time with a certain incident ... like shown in the example
