Here I provide two models on the question whether to become a No 1 nation in a sport discipline depends on the promotion of a few talents or the promotion of a lot amateurs to identify talents.
It's a qualitative model and a PROCESS MODELER model with less than 20 factors so you can use it even in the Starter version (6.5) of the MODELER. The models are a of general type so you need to adjust the weightings or the parameters to certain sports.
