Here's my first mental model on the change of media consumption and its impacts on the media industry, the resellers and the artists themselves. Of course I used the KNOW-WHY-Method to identify the factors and their relations. The weighting also implies KNOW-WHY-Thinking as music and movies help us to feel integration and development* and there is a need to buy new stuff for development. A widened model would also consider an increase of stress in our daily routines that leads in a devil's cycle to more consumption of movies.
